Performs lifeguard duties including but not limited to performing CPR, and basic first aid in non-emergencies.
Provides positive service standards including courtesy, sincerity, and enthusiasm to all guests. Monitors activities of swimmers/bathers in the pool and/or Jacuzzi to ensure a safe environment and to avoid/prevent injuries, provide emergency assistance as required, and strictly enforce pool regulationsĪdheres to the policies and procedures of the Pool Area. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Maintain all recreation facilities to cleanliness standards to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards.
